OUR ORIGIN STORY

We set out to create a space to help others achieve the best shape of their lives, overcome their struggles, and reach their goals. This is how our Evolve Headquarters in Rapid City was born—out of a passion for helping others and the necessity of providing a space where people could achieve real, lasting results.

Evolve was not just a business for us; it became our mission to help people find their unique path to health and wellness. By transforming their own lives, they would also inspire and impact others to embark on their own health transformations.

We fulfill our MIND pillar by helping people grow in their mindset and overall mental health, as some of the biggest transformations we’ve seen start in the mind. For BODY, we provide everything you need—from success in the kitchen and proper nutrition that supports your lifestyle to proven strength training programs that deliver results. But what about ABUNDANCE? Why did we include this as a core pillar in all we do?

To us, Abundance is about giving back and supporting our community through service and creating opportunities.

Each quarter, our community votes on which charity to support, and as a company, we give back 3% of all membership revenue to that chosen charity!

JOHNNY & BETHANY

Johnny & Bethany’s journey has been one of perseverance, love, faith, and a relentless pursuit of health. They both have battled debilitating autoimmune diseases, spending tens of thousands on treatments that led nowhere. But they never lost hope and decided to take control of their own health. It was a tough road of trial and error, but after 10+ years, they became the healthiest they’d ever been. Their Christian faith has kept them grounded, guiding them through the hardest moments.

Realizing there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to health, they founded Evolve—a coaching company designed to help others find their unique path to wellness. Their personal experience and the birth of their son, Rafael, following seven miscarriages, deepened their commitment to generational health. With the support of their incredible Evolve team, who share their vision and passion, they are on a mission to help millions transform their lives. EVOLVE OR REPEAT™ isn’t just a tagline—it’s their way of life.

THOMAS & CHELSEA

Thomas and Chelsea have shared a passion for health and fitness for as long as they can remember. In fact, their love for fitness is what brought them together when they first met in a gym nearly 15 years ago, and they’ve been inseparable ever since. Thomas has been an entrepreneur for over 20 years, and Chelsea for nearly 14. Throughout the years, they’ve built several multi-million dollar businesses together, working with thousands of people worldwide. Whether in the health and fitness industry, developing online education platforms, or consulting for companies, their mission has always been to help others succeed.

Through Evolve Worldwide, they are channeling their years of experience and vision into creating something truly special. Founded with long-time friends Johnny and Bethany, they feel blessed to partner together to help transform lives and give back to the community in a new and exciting way! In everything they do, Thomas and Chelsea prioritize their faith, marriage, and family, and feel a deep calling to help others live with intention as well. Their entrepreneurial journey has not been without challenges, but it has fostered resilience, strength, faith, and a clear sense of purpose. They believe that dreams are worth chasing and that “the only limit is the one you set for yourself.”

JAMES & MARIA

James and Maria share a deep passion for health and fitness, which they are committed to passing on to their three children as part of their dedication to generational well-being. Both hold degrees in scientific fields. James began his career as a registered nurse, developing a desire to help others. After four years, he became disillusioned with the healthcare system’s focus on disease management and shifted toward a career in health promotion. In January 2020, he transitioned to a full-time role as the head strength coach at Evolve HQ. As a NASM-certified personal trainer and nutrition coach, James has worked with a diverse clientele and holds certifications in pain-free performance and pregnancy/postpartum athletic coaching.

Maria, with a degree in Biology, originally planned a medical career. However, after their first child was born in 2018, she sought more flexibility to balance work and family. In 2020, Maria joined Evolve HQ as a nutrition coach, successfully transforming many clients’ lives. As a mother of three, she is passionate about helping women reach their full potential, guiding them to manage their health and families with confidence. Together, James and Maria oversee Evolve’s strength and nutrition programs and serve the Evolve Army community every day!
